Following a successful inaugural week, the organizers delivered an engaging ceremony to showcase the details of Workout 26.2. Attendees witnessed elite athletes tackle challenging routines while pushing their limits.

Workout 26.2 Details

Workout 26.2 presents a new set of challenges for competitors. The workout includes:

  • 80-foot dumbbell overhead walking lunge
  • 20 alternating dumbbell snatches
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 80-foot dumbbell overhead walking lunge (repeated)
  • 20 alternating dumbbell snatches (repeated)
  • 20 chest-to-bar pull-ups
  • 80-foot dumbbell overhead walking lunge (repeated)
  • 20 alternating dumbbell snatches (repeated)
  • 20 ring muscle-ups

The time cap for this workout is set at 15 minutes. The weights for competitors are:

  • Women: 35 lbs (15 kg)
  • Men: 50 lbs (22.5 kg)

The announcement featured three standout athletes: Lucy Campbell, Mirjam von Rohr, and Aimee Cringle. Each brings a wealth of experience and talent to the competition.

  • Mirjam von Rohr: A two-time overall Open champion (2024, 2025) and winner of Workout 26.1.
