Bryan Fuentes Gramajo: Arrest Details
Law enforcement officials took Gramajo into custody in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie neighborhood of Montreal at around 2:40 a.m.
He was wanted by Toronto police for the murder of Jamal Bentley-Jean, who was shot and killed on July 17, 2025. Bentley-Jean was found dead in the parking lot of Yorkdale Mall.
Connection to Criminal Activities
Gramajo is reportedly an alleged member of Zone 43, a street gang based in Montreal. This gang has known ties to criminal operations in both Ontario and British Columbia.
In relation to the same murder case, two additional suspects were identified:
- Bradley Lucate Nicolas, who was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in August 2025.
- Jimmy Prudent, who remains at large and is also wanted on a first-degree murder charge.
Official Statements
Commenting on the arrest, SPVM Commander Mélanie Dupont stated, “The SPVM is pleased to have contributed to the criminal investigation led by our partners at the Toronto Police Service by arresting Bryan Fuentes Gramajo in our jurisdiction.”
Impact of the Bolo Program
In October, Bryan Fuentes Gramajo was designated as Canada’s most-wanted criminal by the Bolo Program. This national initiative aims to highlight fugitives across the country.
With Gramajo’s arrest, the Bolo Program’s focus shifts to All Boivin, a man wanted for drug trafficking offenses spanning back to 2021. Police have been actively searching for Boivin since February 2023.
