Janocko previously served as the quarterbacks coach for the Seattle Seahawks during the 2025 season. Under Janocko’s guidance, Darnold achieved a career-high 67.7 completion percentage, passing for over 4,000 yards and earning a second consecutive Pro Bowl selection.
Before his tenure with the Seahawks, Janocko was with the New Orleans Saints in 2024, contributing to quarterback Derek Carr’s outstanding performance.
