Hugh Jackman Lists New York Home for Sale Again
Hugh Jackman has relisted his New York apartment for $28.75 million. The five-bedroom unit was first put on the market in June 2022 for $38.9 million.

Jackman shared the residence with his ex-wife, Deborra-Lee Furness. The couple finalized their divorce less than a year before the recent relisting.
The decision returns the high-end property to the market at a lower price. The move follows the earlier $38.9 million asking figure.
Hong Kong seller nets large gain in Kowloon Tong
Lawrence Yu, a sports administrator, is selling a Kowloon Tong house after 52 years of ownership. He purchased the property in 1974 for HK$750,000.
Yu is now in contract to sell the home for about HK$190 million. That price equates to roughly US$24.2 million.
Spanish market posts double-digit gains
Average property prices in Spain have climbed more than 14% so far this year. Prices now average about €2,709 per square meter, or around US$3,127.
The strongest gains appeared in the Balearic and Canary Islands. Major cities such as Madrid and Málaga also saw significant appreciation.
A home valued at €200,000 at the start of the year could now be worth roughly €228,000 to €230,000.
Storm-damaged Brisbane home sells at auction
A Brisbane property destroyed by storms last year fetched about A$1 million at auction. That sale equals roughly US$690,580.
The sellers were an elderly couple who had built the four-bedroom house more than 50 years ago. A local family purchased the plot and plans to restore the home.
