NBA Unveils Star-Studded Lineup for 2026 State Farm 3-Point Contest

The NBA has announced the participants for the 2026 State Farm 3-Point Contest, highlighting a star-studded lineup. This year’s event will take place on February 14, 2026, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, at 5 p.m. ET. It will be featured as the second event on NBA All-Star Saturday, broadcasted on NBC and Peacock.

The competition will feature eight talented players, including five NBA All-Stars. The confirmed participants are:

Notable Competitors

Among the participants, Devin Booker and Damian Lillard stand out. Booker, a past champion in 2018, is joined by Lillard, a two-time winner with titles in 2023 and 2024. Lillard, a nine-time NBA All-Star, has the chance to equal the record for most contest victories, currently held by Larry Bird and Craig Hodges.

Rookies Ready to Shine

This year’s contest marks the debut of several players. Kon Knueppel, Tyrese Maxey, Jamal Murray, and Bobby Portis will all be making their first appearances. Notably, Knueppel could become the first rookie ever to win this prestigious event.

Competition Format

The format consists of two rounds where players aim to accumulate as many points as possible from various three-point locations within a time limit of 70 seconds. The top three scorers from the first round will advance to the championship round, where the player with the highest score will be crowned the winner.
