Tottenham’s Struggles
In contrast, Tottenham Hotspur currently sits in 14th place. Despite their last victory over Manchester United in the Europa League final last May, Spurs have not maintained consistent form. They have only managed to win two of their last 15 league matches, trailing United by 12 points.

Frank emphasized that the absence of European competition for United gives them an advantage. “It is maybe a nice little context to say that Man United don’t play European football,” he noted.
