Markiplier’s indie film adaptation, Iron Lung, has emerged as a box office contender, achieving 1.9 million admissions. While Disney’s Sam Raimi-directed film, Send Help, led in revenue with $19.1 million over the weekend and $25.8 million for the week, Iron Lung attracted more viewers, showcasing the strength of indie films.

The recent box office statistics reveal an intriguing battle between Iron Lung and Send Help. For the weekend, Iron Lung garnered 1.3 million admissions compared to Send Help’s 1.2 million. Despite Iron Lung’s lower overall revenue of $18.2 million, it stood out with increased attendance, suggesting a strong audience preference for the indie feature.
