2026 Emerging Leaders Program Overview
On January 30, 2026, TALI introduced the fifth cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program. This year, the cohort comprises 29 professionals from diverse industries. They will engage in a six-month hybrid learning experience that combines online and in-person classes.
Program Features
The Emerging Leaders Program focuses on critical skills necessary for effective leadership. Participants will explore:
- Managerial effectiveness
- Executive presence
- Negotiation strategies
- Innovation and creative problem-solving
Alongside academic learning, the program also emphasizes networking opportunities and peer mentorship, fostering a strong sense of community among participants.
Networking and Community Events
In February, the cohort will engage with alumni from the National Executive Leadership Academy during a Community Welcome Reception. This event serves as a formal introduction to the wider TALI network. In June, a joint graduation ceremony will celebrate both cohorts’ achievements.
