Benzema’s Transition to Al-Hilal
Al-Hilal announced the signing of the 38-year-old French striker on a free transfer. He will be with the club for one and a half years. The decision came after Benzema chose not to extend his contract with Al-Ittihad, where he had made significant contributions.
Tenure with Al-Ittihad
During his time at Al-Ittihad, Benzema enjoyed considerable success. He played a crucial role in leading the team to both the league title and the King’s Cup, achieving the club’s first domestic double in its history.
