The alleged break-in occurred on January 27, at approximately 8:15 p.m. Reports indicate that the suspect accessed the underground parking garage of the condo building. After gaining entry, he targeted a parked vehicle and multiple storage lockers, stealing various items.

During the incident, the suspect was confronted by a resident of the building. It is reported that the suspect made threats against the resident prior to fleeing the scene.
