Authorities in Greater Manchester are investigating an alarming armed robbery that occurred at a Subway restaurant in Salford. The incident took place at the outlet located in Ellesmere Retail Park on the evening of Saturday, January 31.

At approximately 8:30 PM, a suspect arrived at the restaurant in a small black vehicle. Reports indicate that the individual brandished what appeared to be a firearm, threatening staff and subsequently fleeing with a small amount of cash.
