Michael Pollock’s Background

During that season, Colorado’s special teams struggled significantly, ranking 109th in net punting at 37.19 yards per punt and allowing four blocked kicks. Pollock’s extensive coaching career spans over two decades at the high school level in Georgia, where he gained acclaim after coaching a national championship team.
Coaching Staff Changes
Since the end of the last season, there have been significant alterations within the coaching staff. Sanders hired Brennan Marion as the new offensive coordinator. This follows the demotion of Pat Shurmur, a seasoned NFL coach who had worked alongside Sanders in 2025.
