Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald confirmed that running back Zach Charbonnet is likely facing an ACL injury. During a press conference on Monday, Macdonald revealed Charbonnet would be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a significant knee injury. He expressed empathy for Charbonnet, stating, “You just feel for the guy, for the person. This guy’s just an absolute stud.”

At present, Kenneth Walker III is the only running back on the 53-man roster. However, the Seahawks also have Velus Jones Jr. and Cam Akers on their practice squad.

Macdonald commended Kenneth Walker III’s dedication to his health this season. Walker, who missed six games last year due to injuries, has focused on nutrition and sleep improvement. “I definitely feel it in my performance,” he stated, as he has accumulated 1,027 rushing yards this season, including 116 yards and three touchdowns in a recent game.
