‘John Proctor is the Villain’ Moves to West End Stage
Kimberly Belflower’s reworking of Arthur Miller’s The Crucible will transfer to London’s commercial theatre district next year. The production, which began at the Royal Court, will play at Wyndham’s Theatre in early 2027.
Transfer dates and venue
Performances at Wyndham’s Theatre begin on 2 February 2027. The run is scheduled to conclude on 24 April 2027. The transfer follows the play’s Royal Court engagement.
Original run at the Royal Court
The play opened at the Royal Court on 20 March and has a concluding date of 25 April. That season also marked the Royal Court’s 70th anniversary. The production drew strong audience reactions in that run.
About the production
