Shooting and investigation
The shooting happened just before 10 p.m. on March 22. It took place on Wakefield Plantation Drive, a residential street in Raleigh.
Police say a person riding an e-bike fired a shot at a vehicle. The driver told officers the shot came from the rider. Two other people were in the car at the time. Officials did not disclose any reported injuries.
Raleigh police later identified Jamieson as the suspected shooter. A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 8. He was taken into custody the next day.
