Earlier legal matters linked to Marsh
Marsh previously fought a licence refusal for her private animal sanctuary. The sanctuary is in Lindsell, about nine miles north-west of Braintree.
Uttlesford District Council had rejected a wild animal licence after complaints. A judge later ordered the licence granted with conditions.
The judge acknowledged that Marsh cares for the animals. He also noted strained relations with parts of the local community.
