‘RHOM Star Lisa Hochstein Surrenders at Jail for Criminal Charges’
Lisa Hochstein, a cast member of Real Housewives of Miami, surrendered at a Miami jail this week. She arrived at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for booking and a mugshot was taken.
Arrest and booking
Hochstein turned herself in escorted by attorney Jayne Weintraub. Photos obtained by Filmogaz.com showed her smiling as she entered the facility.
She wore a brown long-sleeved top, blue jeans and brown platform booties. Oversized sunglasses completed her look.
Charges and pretrial details
Hochstein and her former boyfriend, Joddy Glidden, each face one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications. Authorities allege the conduct occurred between March 12 and March 31, 2023.
Glidden, 52, was briefly arrested on a separate Saturday and released soon after. Jail records list Hochstein’s bail at $5,000.
Release and legal posture
Weintraub said Hochstein voluntarily surrendered and would be released on her own recognizance. Other attorneys involved included Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria.
The legal team characterized the matter as tied to an ongoing divorce. They argued it belongs in family court rather than criminal court.
Allegations and responses
The complaint accuses the pair of intercepting or attempting to intercept oral statements by Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein and his contacts. Prosecutors contend the alleged interceptions sought to capture private communications.
In May 2023, Lenny Hochstein accused Lisa of placing a listening device on his car. He said the device compromised private communications related to the divorce.
Lisa denied the device allegation and called the claims untrue. She also reposted social media graphics about the strategic timing of smear campaigns.
Divorce and family context
Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in November 2024.
The settlement requires Lenny to pay $15,000 monthly in child support for their two children. After their son Logan turns 18, support for daughter Elle will continue at $10,000 per month until she turns 18.
Personal notes
Hochstein, 43, said she is focused on the divorce and on protecting her children. The children are named Logan, 10, and Elle, 5.
Amid the split, Lenny, 59, dated Katharina Mazepa. Lisa has alleged Mazepa was involved with her husband; both have denied those claims.
