Little Rock Police Investigate River Market Shooting Injuring One Person

Little Rock police are investigating shots fired late Saturday in the River Market district. Officers found a person with a gunshot wound and requested medical care.

Police response

Officers arrived shortly before 11 p.m. at 300 E. President Clinton Ave. A department spokesperson, Mark Edwards, confirmed the call.

Police discovered the victim on scene and began an initial investigation. Authorities processed the area for evidence.
