Sangha, aged 42, pleaded guilty to five federal charges last year. These charges included maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distributing ketamine, and a count related to distribution that resulted in death or serious bodily injury.

On October 28, 2023, Perry was discovered unresponsive in a jacuzzi at his Los Angeles residence. Additional contributing factors included buprenorphine use, drowning, and underlying coronary artery disease.
In the lead-up to his death, Sangha and an associate sold Perry 51 vials of ketamine, which were administered by Perry’s personal assistant. This fatal dose involved multiple injections that ultimately led to the tragic outcome.
