Sharjeel Khan returned to PSL cricket with a blistering 26-ball 51 not out for Hyderabad Kingsmen. The innings came against Multan Sultans in Lahore. It marked his first PSL franchise appearance after a three-year hiatus.
Background and selection
Sharjeel’s last PSL franchise game came in 2023 for Karachi Kings. He had earlier played for Islamabad United and Karachi Kings since 2020. Between franchise stints, he featured in three National T20 Cup editions and the 2024/25 Champions T20 Cup in Pakistan.
