The series has led worldwide streaming charts for weeks. Prime Video has not announced its future yet.
In The Grey sets a premiere date
Ritchie will return to cinemas with In The Grey. The action-adventure thriller co-stars Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal.
Production wrapped more than two years ago. After delays and setbacks since early 2024, the film is due to premiere on May 15.
The Gentlemen franchise update
One of Ritchie’s best-known films is the 2019 crime comedy The Gentlemen. Theatrical receipts exceeded $115 million against a $22 million budget.
That success led Netflix to develop a TV spin-off. The series, starring Theo James and Giancarlo Esposito, premiered in 2024.
Season 2 official update
Netflix renewed the show for a second season. Theo James confirmed the sophomore run will arrive “in the Fall.”
Fans of Guy Ritchie’s hit Netflix crime thriller should take that as the official update. More episodes are slated to stream later this year.
