Cleveland’s South Collinwood Hit by Water Main Break
A water main ruptured Sunday night in Cleveland’s South Collinwood neighborhood. The incident took place near Nottingham Road and St. Clair Avenue.
The Cleveland Fire Department first responded after reports of downed wires. While on scene, crews discovered the water main break.
Response and on-scene actions
Cleveland Fire crews reported a utility pole had caught fire. Cleveland Water and Cleveland Police also arrived to secure the area.

As of 10:35 p.m., customers in the immediate area were without power. Utilities estimated power restoration around 2:30 a.m.
