Matthew J. Masse, 38, reportedly opened fire with a long gun at family members on Ham Road around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. When police responded, he directed his rifle at them, injuring an officer from the Nottingham Police Department. Fortunately, the officer’s injuries are not life-threatening.
