Timex Unveils £620 Titanium Tool Watch, Merging Seiko and Rolex Explorer II
Timex has revised its titanium GMT automatic first seen in 2024. The update focuses on materials and styling rather than major mechanical changes.
Design revisions
The most obvious change is the new full sandblasted titanium bracelet. The bracelet matches the titanium finish used on the case and dial.
Timex removed the ‘NORTH’ label and the yellow GMT print. A mountain logo now appears above the six o’clock position.
Case and dial
The case measures 41mm across. The bezel retains 24-hour markings in some variants.
Water resistance is rated to 200 metres. The overall look nods to classic explorer tool watches.
Movement and technical details
Timex continues to use a Seiko NH34 automatic movement in the model. The movement offers proven reliability and automatic winding.
- Movement: Seiko NH34 automatic
- Case size: 41mm
- Water resistance: 200m
