Shia LaBeouf’s New Orleans Scandals Escalate: Fights, Harassment, and More

Shia LaBeouf’s run of incidents in New Orleans shows no sign of slowing. Sources say the actor was involved in a shirtless altercation outside the Le Bon Temps Roule bar late one Sunday night.

New bar confrontation

TMZ reported eyewitness accounts of a physical tussle at the Le Bon Temps Roule establishment. Witnesses said LaBeouf ripped off his shirt during the exchange and was photographed standing inside the bar afterward.

People at the scene described several individuals arriving by golf cart and provoking the confrontation. Authorities were not called, and LaBeouf reportedly arranged a ride home.

Criminal case and court orders

LaBeouf was first arrested on Feb. 17 after a Mardi Gras fight in New Orleans. Video showed him shirtless during that altercation.

He faced two misdemeanor simple battery counts initially. A third count was added on Feb. 27 after a new warrant was issued.

On Feb. 26 a judge revoked his no-bond release, set bail at $100,000 and ordered alcohol treatment and drug testing. LaBeouf paid the bail and complied with the financial condition.

Complaints from a nearby tennis club

The New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club circulated a notice about ongoing disturbances affecting the club environment. The letter referenced a “new neighboring resident” whose outbursts disrupted members.

Club members and sources identified LaBeouf as that resident. Reports say he sits on a porch across the street, approaches members, offers money to play and sometimes interrupts clinics.

The club asked members not to engage and said its board is coordinating with the New Orleans Police Department. The goal is to restore calm around the facility.

Other incidents and civil matters

LaBeouf was also captured on video during a chaotic trip to Italy. Reports say he shouted at a woman while abroad.

Soon after returning to New Orleans, he had a tense exchange with police outside his home. Separately, sources say he and Mia Goth secretly split last year.

His ex-partner FKA Twigs has filed a lawsuit related to an NDA tied to their 2020 sexual battery settlement. Representatives for LaBeouf did not immediately respond to inquiries, according to Page Six.
