Filming Begins on Donnie Yen’s ‘John Wick’ Spinoff Featuring Caine
Filming begins next month on a Lionsgate-backed John Wick spinoff focused on Caine. Donnie Yen will direct and return as the blind assassin.

The story picks up after 2023’s John Wick: Chapter 4. Caine emerges freed from his obligations to The High Table.
The project was first revealed at CinemaCon last spring. It will follow the character’s life after the events of Chapter 4.

Rina Sawayama will reprise her role as Akira opposite Donnie Yen. Yen also serves as an executive producer.
