Anderson-Dacres, Rafferty-Essuman Join Wardley-Dubois Fight Card on May 9

Filmogaz.com reports Jared Anderson has signed a co-promotional deal with Queensberry Promotions. He will face Solomon Dacres in a scheduled 10-round heavyweight contest.

Heavyweight matchup

Anderson enters with an 18-1 record and 15 knockouts. His most recent ring appearance came in February 2025, when he beat Marios Kollias by unanimous decision.

Anderson had been stopped by Martin Bakole in five rounds in August 2024. Dacres carries a 10-1 mark with three knockouts into the fight.

Dacres rebounded from his lone loss with a 10-round unanimous decision over Vladyslav Sirenko in July. He had been stopped by David Adeleye in one round in December 2024.

Supporting bouts

The undercard features several notable fights. Jack Rafferty will face Ekow Essuman in a junior welterweight test.

  • Rafferty is 26-0-1 with 17 KOs. He last produced a 12-round majority draw with Mark Chamberlain in August.
  • Also scheduled is a 10-round light heavyweight fight between Liam Cameron and Bradley Rea. Cameron is 24-7-1 with 10 KOs. Rea stands at 21-2 with 10 KOs.
  • A 10-round junior welterweight bout pairs Khaleel Majid with Gavin Gwynne. Majid is 16-0 with four KOs. Gwynne is 18-4-2 with five KOs.
