AUSTIN, Texas — No. 3 Texas routed Oregon 100-58 Sunday at the Moody Center. The Longhorns’ women’s basketball program triumphed against the Ducks. Texas won by a 100-58 margin and now advances to the Sweet 16.

Booker sets new NCAA Tournament mark for Texas

Madison Booker scored a career-high 40 points. Her total established a new single-game NCAA Tournament scoring record for the Longhorns.

Booker topped Heather Schreiber’s 32 points from 2003 and Clarissa Davis’ 32 from 1986. Her previous high this season was 31 points.
