Dallas Cowboys Sign 10-Year Veteran DL in Free Agency Move

The Dallas Cowboys continued to be busy in free agency this offseason. They added another veteran to their defensive line. NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo first reported the signing.

Dallas is signing Jonathan Bullard to a one-year contract. The veteran defensive lineman turns 32 this season.

About Jonathan Bullard

Bullard was a third-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida. Chicago selected him and he spent three seasons there.

He later played for the Arizona Cardinals. Bullard had one-year stints with the Seattle Seahawks in 2020 and the Atlanta Falcons in 2021.

He then spent three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. With Minnesota he started 38 of 46 games, marking a late-career resurgence.

He also spent time with the New Orleans Saints. The Cowboys will be his seventh NFL team.

Bullard has appeared in 131 games with 59 starts. He has 247 total tackles, including 144 solo.

He also has 6.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and 10 pass breakups. He has played in three playoff games. This Dallas Cowboys signing brings a 10-year veteran DL to the roster in free agency.
