Third-round charge
Snedeker produced a bogey-free, 4-under 67 in the third round on Saturday. He closed the 18th with the low round of the day.
That effort left him just one hole behind leaders Sungjae Im and David Lipsky, who remained on the course. The result moves him closer to a Copperhead victory.
Opening-round form
On Thursday he posted a 6-under 65 at the Copperhead Course to open the week. The early score set the tone for his move up the leaderboard.
