Forest Hills Incident Hospitalizes Six
Six people were taken to area hospitals after an incident at Forest Hills station late Friday morning. Multiple Boston EMS units and dozens of law enforcement vehicles responded to the Jamaica Plain scene.

Officials said the event involved a transit officer, according to a post by City Councilor Benjamin Weber on X. A Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority police dispatcher declined to answer questions by phone.
Emails seeking information were sent to MBTA media addresses. A spokesperson said six people were transported to area hospitals.

Multiple units from Boston EMS carried patients to nearby medical centers. Authorities have not released names or detailed injury descriptions.

The station’s upper busway was shut around 11:15 a.m. Service was rerouted to another section while the area was cordoned off.
Video posted online showed more than a dozen police vehicles and at least two ambulances at the entrance. Officers stood behind yellow police tape around a wide perimeter outside the station.
Jurisdiction and follow-up
Boston Police assisted MBTA officers at the scene, a city dispatcher said. A Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority police dispatcher declined to comment further by phone.
