Community reassurance ahead of Chaand Raat and Eid

Police say residents can expect a similar resource level for Chaand Raat and Eid. Officers will be concentrated in key community areas.

Work will be coordinated with council partners. Trading standards, environmental health, and parking enforcement will support patrols.

Officers highlighted safety as the primary goal. The aim is to protect people while keeping roads safer for everyone.
