Ross Initiates Sales for Third West Palm Beach Condo Development
Related Ross has launched sales for Edgeworth, its third planned condo project in West Palm Beach. The two-tower complex will rise at 1155 South Flagler Drive, the current site of the Family Church campus. The developer is led by billionaire chairman and CEO Steve Ross.
Project details
Edgeworth will reach 28 stories and contain 168 residences. The roster includes nine penthouses and units with one to five bedrooms.
Prices will span from $2.5 million to $35.5 million. The development will offer about 90,000 square feet of amenities, including a pool deck.
Design and site components
Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect for the twin towers. MAWD is handling interior design.
The plans include a new school and a sanctuary for Family Church. Kohn Pedersen Fox is also designing those components.
Sales and marketing
Related Ross’ Adam McPherson will lead the sales effort. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group joins as co-lead.
Corcoran Sunshine is also marketing South Flagler House and Shorecrest. Those are Related Ross’ other West Palm Beach condo projects.
Financing and recent sales milestones
South Flagler House recorded more than $500 million in presales during the first quarter. Related Ross obtained a $600 million construction loan for that project in June.
Reports in January tied former Apple CEO John Sculley to a $40 million unit under contract at South Flagler House. Related Ross secured a $157 million construction loan last month for Shorecrest.
Market context
Market sources say West Palm Beach’s new development sales season is active. Edgeworth is among several recent and planned launches.
- Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development plan a 25-story, 86-unit tower at 400 Hibiscus Street. That project will include a private club.
- Toronto-based Great Gulf opened sales in February for Mandarin Oriental Residences, a 31-story, 87-unit tower in the city’s north end.
