Jay-Z Celebrates ‘Reasonable Doubt,’ ‘The Blueprint’ Anniversaries with Yankee Stadium Concerts
Jay-Z will perform two concerts at Yankee Stadium this July to mark major album anniversaries. Roc Nation made the announcement on Wednesday, March 18.
The shows are scheduled for July 10 and July 11. The July 10 set will celebrate Reasonable Doubt’s 30th anniversary.
The July 11 performance will honor The Blueprint as it reaches its 25th year. Fans and media have framed the events as high-profile Yankee Stadium concerts.
Tour and festival dates
These stadium nights will follow Jay-Z’s headlining slot at the Roots Picnic. He is set to headline the festival on May 30 at Philadelphia’s Belmont Plateau.
The July appearances represent his second and third live dates of 2026 so far. They also mark a long-awaited return, since he has not toured live since 2018.
Support and festival context
The Roots will back Jay-Z for the performances. The group previously supplied instrumentation for his 2001 live album Jay-Z: Unplugged.
Organizers have not released the full Roots Picnic lineup. Shawn Gee, Roots manager and Live Nation Urban president, said meeting Mayor Cherelle Parker inspired broader ambitions for Philadelphia 250.
Gee thanked Commissioner Susan Slawson, Jazelle Jones and other partners. His statement was provided to Filmogaz.com.
Career timeline and new-music buzz
Jay-Z’s most recent solo album is 4:44, released in 2017. In 2018 he toured with Beyoncé on the On the Run II Tour for Everything Is Love.
He has since shared archival tracks on streaming services and YouTube. Those releases have sparked fan speculation about possible new music.
