Eid Al Fitr 2026 Prayer Timings Released for All 7 UAE Emirates
The General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments has announced Eid prayer schedules across the UAE. Local authorities, including Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, coordinated the release.

Mosque arrangements and guidance
The Awqaf authority confirmed that Eid prayers will be held inside mosques across the country. Imams and mosque staff will implement crowd-management plans.
Worshippers are asked to arrive on time and follow venue instructions. Volunteers will help manage entry and exit routes.
Moon sighting and final Eid date
Eid Al Fitr 2026 is expected on March 19 or March 20. The UAE Council for Fatwa will confirm the date after the Shawwal crescent sighting.
The moon-sighting committee will meet in Abu Dhabi after Maghrib on March 18. They will review reports from observatories, expert teams, and public submissions.
If the crescent is seen, Eid follows the next morning. If not, Ramadan will be completed to 30 days and Eid will fall the following day.
