Road Closures, Transport And Safety Advice
An Garda Síochána has urged attendees to choose a viewing spot along the route in advance, arrive early, and plan journeys into the city ahead of time. People are encouraged to use public transport or park-and-ride facilities where possible and to keep children under close supervision, with contact details for a responsible adult where feasible.
Attendees are advised to pack sensibly, mind personal belongings, follow directions from gardaí and stewards, and take their time as crowds disperse once the parade has passed. Rolling road closures and traffic restrictions are in effect across the city center from early Tuesday. Parking is not permitted along the parade route, and vehicles will be towed. During the parade, traffic will be diverted through the North and South Circular Roads, with local access facilitated where possible. No vehicles can enter the route while closures are active. Gardaí will maintain a high-visibility policing operation across the city following the parade.
