Towie’s Jordan Brook Gives Health Update on ‘Really Scary Time’ in Hospital
Jordan Brook has been hospitalised with a mystery brain condition and has confirmed inflammation and swelling of the brain, his partner Sophie Kasaei has said as the couple await further test results. Sophie, who is 22 weeks pregnant, described the situation as a “nightmare” while family members remain at his bedside.

Jordan, 31, shared an update from his hospital bed, writing that he is still looking out on the same view and that “this seems to be a never ending hell at moment. ” He said he is “awaiting results from a procedure” and that “once we get them more will be cleared up. ” He added: “what we do know is I have confirmed inflammation and swelling of the brain. A really scary time that reassures you we are all human. “
He also apologised for not replying to messages, saying he had been “extremely weak” and apologising to any work clients he had let down, with a hope to “rest up and be fighting fit and back home with my girl and bump, soon. “
Partner Sophie Kasaei describes the family’s ordeal
Geordie Shore star Sophie, 36, updated followers about the situation, saying: “Jordan is still in the hospital and we are still waiting for answers whilst he is getting treatment and medication. If people are trying to contact him he’s unable to use his phone at the moment as he’s in pain and is mostly sleeping. “
Sophie said Jordan’s family were with him and that it was “too risky for me and baby” to be at the hospital, and added: “He will be there for the next few days and hopefully be on the mend and back home to me and bump very soon. Lots of love. ” She apologised for being inactive and described the past few days and week as “worrying, ” saying they were waiting on tests, scans and answers from doctors.

Sophie is 22 weeks pregnant and is due in mid-June. The couple announced they were expecting their first baby after undergoing fertility treatment in Athens and finding out three months later. They revealed the news just before Christmas with a heart-shaped bauble that read: “Merry Christmas Mummy and Daddy. See you in 2026. “
Both have asked for patience while Jordan focuses on getting better. The immediate next steps are the outstanding test results and the outcome of the procedure Jordan is awaiting; the couple have expressed hope he will be “on the mend” and reunited with Sophie and their expected child soon.
