Justin Thomas sold his Pennock Point Road mansion as he relocated away from long-time neighbour rickie fowler, leaving Fowler in a much larger neighbouring estate on the same street in Jupiter, Florida.
Thomas’s sale and move: numbers and features
Justin Thomas originally purchased the Pennock Point Road property in 2016 for £1. 1m and later sold it for £2. 3m, more than doubling his investment. The house, built in 2008, included four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, multiple lounges, a games room and a covered patio bar. Thomas left the property in 2022 when he moved to a new £10m home on the Loxahatchee River that spans roughly 7, 600 square feet.
Thomas has remained active on tour despite recent setbacks. He returned to competition after undergoing serious back surgery, playing the Arnold Palmer Invitational but missing the cut following consecutive rounds of 79 that left him 14 over. He later played the first two rounds of the Players Championship in a group with Scottie Scheffler and Tommy Fleetwood.

Fowler, who won the Players Championship in 2015, played the first two days of this year’s Players Championship alongside Sahith Theegala and Jordan Spieth. The continued proximity of the two homes contrasts with Thomas’s decision to relocate but underlines an enduring off-course friendship.
Friendship and shared moments off the course
Thomas and Fowler have maintained a close relationship beyond living near one another. They have shared rental properties during tournament weeks, holidayed together in the Bahamas in Spring Break 2017 with Jordan Spieth and Smylie Kaufman, and were seen together at Wimbledon in 2023. Despite Thomas’s move away from Pennock Point Road, the personal connection between the two appears intact.
The move reshaped the immediate neighbourhood dynamic in Jupiter: Thomas traded the Pennock Point residence for a larger riverside home, while Fowler remains in the expansive estate that continues to include extensive practice and entertainment amenities.
