Age of Attraction Is Now Streaming on Netflix — Nick Viall and Natalie Joy Host Netflix's Boldest Dating Experiment Yet
Age of Attraction

Netflix's newest reality dating show Age of Attraction premiered on March 11, 2026, and is already generating major buzz. Hosted by real-life age-gap couple Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, the show asks one simple but loaded question: can love be truly ageless? The first five episodes are streaming now, with more on the way.

What Age of Attraction on Netflix Is About

Age of Attraction is a dating show where contestants are not allowed to reveal their age to anyone they are dating. They are encouraged to follow their heart and connections without the barrier of knowing how many years separate them.

The cast includes 40 singles from ages 22 to 60 across the United States. When two people want to explore a deeper connection, they enter what is called the Promise Room, where their ages are finally revealed by Viall and Joy, creating a pivotal moment of truth that plays out in real time.

The eight-episode season was filmed in Whistler and Vancouver, Canada. New episodes drop every Wednesday until the finale, following couples through the full experiment.

Age of Attraction Netflix Episode Schedule

Netflix is splitting Season 1 into three parts over three weeks. Episodes 1 through 5 dropped on March 11, Part 2 covering episodes 6 and 7 arrives on March 18, and the finale — episode 8 — lands on March 25, 2026.

Nick Viall Age and Natalie Joy: The Hosts Who Live the Premise

The show's hosts are married couple Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, who know firsthand what an age-gap relationship looks like. Viall is 44 and Joy is 26, giving them lived experience with the exact dynamic the show explores.

Nick Viall spoke candidly about the message behind Age of Attraction and how his relationship shaped his approach. He said that early in his relationship with Natalie, he had doubts about the age difference, but ultimately the focus became removing fear and looking at what was great about their connection.

Nick Viall is best known as a Bachelor franchise veteran, having appeared on two consecutive seasons of The Bachelorette before starring as The Bachelor himself. He also co-hosts the popular podcast The Viall Files alongside Natalie Joy.

The Creators Behind Age of Attraction

Age of Attraction was created by Jennifer O'Connell and Rebecca Quinn, founders of Velvet Hammer Media. The two women said they were inspired by noticing age-gap dating increasingly prevalent in their own lives and social circles, and felt the culture was celebrating it differently than before. They were determined not to make a show that poked fun at age gaps or labeled women in reductive ways, but instead wanted to tell an earnest love story.

What to Expect in the Rest of the Season

By the end of the dating phase, 14 couples formed, with most sharing meaningful age differences. The show whittles down to six couples who are followed through the remainder of the season, moving in together and meeting each other's families before deciding whether to stay together or part ways.

Age of Attraction is streaming now on Netflix, with new episodes every Wednesday.
