Chase said he received the news in a text from Burrow while he was live streaming, then launched into a profane rant that included repeated disbelief and frustration. Chase was heard reading the message aloud, saying Burrow texted him that the Ravens traded for Crosby, before adding, “I’m f—ing highly pissed right now. Oh my God. ”
In the same outburst, Chase questioned how the Raiders allowed Crosby to land in the AFC North, noting the division already features top pass rushers. The deal cannot become official until the start of the new league year on March 11.
