The Saturday 23 May bill in Sunderland includes Zara Larsson, Louis Tomlinson, Lola Young and Nothing But Thieves, with additional names announced that day including Ellie Goulding and James Blake. Other confirmed Saturday performers listed by organizers are Skye Newman, Rachel Chinouriri, MUNA, Erin LeCount, Mitski, Florence Road and Wasia Project.

Fatboy Slim and Sonny Fodera to Headline Friday at Herrington Country Park

Fatboy Slim and Sonny Fodera are confirmed as Main Stage headliners for the festival’s Friday program, set for Herrington Country Park. The first wave of confirmed artists released on Friday, March 6 includes Clementine Douglas, FISHER and German DJ and singer horsegiirL among the names joining that initial bill.

Introducing Acts Max Jones, Sorley and Ellie Scougall to Play Introducing Stage

Local talent selected for the Introducing stage includes Max Jones, Sorley and Imogen and the Knife, with teams around England promoting regional artists into the festival line-up. Max Jones is described as a DJ and producer who blends tech house and techno with underground textures and old‑school influences.

Ellie Scougall, 22, from Newcastle, is another Introducing act highlighted for her high‑energy DJ sets that draw on house and garage; she discovered electronic dance music at 13 and has supported acts including Gorgon City and D. O. D. Scougall also runs a podcast series called Inside the USB.

Sorley, from Sunderland, began his DJ career after founding the hometown club night HAZE; his background includes family ties to late‑90s collective Unique 3 and performances alongside international artists such as Nic Fanciulli and Patrick Topping.

Organizers say the festival will bring headline and emerging artists to Herrington Country Park across the weekend, with curated outreach and panels running in the North East in the weeks before the event to connect local young people with advice and opportunities.
