USA Baseball Roster Headlined by Judge, Skenes, and Skubal

Team USA's 30-man WBC roster combines for 65 All-Star Game selections and is headlined by team captain Aaron Judge, alongside both 2025 Cy Young Award winners, Paul Skenes and Tarik Skubal. Four players have won at least one MVP award, with Judge (2022, 2024, 2025 AL MVP) joined by Bryce Harper, Paul Goldschmidt, and Clayton Kershaw.

The USA baseball batting order opens with Bobby Witt Jr., Bryce Harper, and Aaron Judge at the top. Kyle Schwarber and Cal Raleigh — who combined for 116 home runs in the 2025 MLB season — hit fourth and sixth, with Alex Bregman between them.

With pitchers not in midseason form and WBC pitch-count limits in effect, Team USA is carrying 16 pitchers. The rotation assignments by game are Logan Webb (Game 1 vs. Brazil), Tarik Skubal (Game 2 vs. Great Britain), Paul Skenes (Game 3 vs. Mexico), and Nolan McLean (Game 4 vs. Italy).

Skubal announced he will pitch in only one game before returning to the Tigers' spring training camp. Kershaw, who is not an active MLB player, is being held as a "break glass in case of emergency" option by manager Mark DeRosa.

How Often Is the World Baseball Classic Held

The World Baseball Classic has been held five times, dating back to 2006. Japan has been the dominant force, winning three championships. The Dominican Republic won the 2013 edition and Team USA claimed the 2017 title. Japan defeated the United States in the 2023 championship game. The tournament runs on an approximate three-year cycle between editions.

How to Watch WBC 2026 on Fox Sports, Fubo, and Tubi

All 47 WBC games in the United States are being broadcast on Fox Sports, with games distributed across FOX, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes, Tubi, and the Fox Sports app. In Japan, Netflix holds the exclusive broadcast rights.

Fubo subscribers can access FOX and FS1 coverage as part of their live TV package, making it one of the easiest streaming options for following every Team USA game through the WBC schedule 2026. A free audio stream in English is also available for every single matchup in the tournament.

The Americans are among the favorites to win the event, alongside Team Japan and Team Dominican Republic. With Judge captaining a lineup built around two Cy Young aces, Team USA baseball is hunting its second World Baseball Classic title and first since 2017.
