Dr. Sakr brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He is currently the Director of Medical Services and Head Team Physician at the University of Arizona. Additionally, he serves as the Medical Director and Team Physician for the USA Rugby team. It remains uncertain if he will retain these roles alongside his duties as Medical Director for the CrossFit Games.
His previous experience includes serving as Head Team Physician at Georgia State University and Robert Morris University, showcasing his extensive background in sports medicine.
