Rangers’ Trocheck Acknowledges Western Teams on His No-Trade Clause

Vincent Trocheck, a forward for the New York Rangers, could be traded before the upcoming trade deadline. However, he has made it clear that he prefers to remain in the Eastern Conference. In a conversation with Vince Z. Mercogliano from The Athletic, Trocheck expressed his desire for success in his next team while emphasizing that Western teams are not an option for him.

Trocheck stated, “It’s no secret. [West teams] are on my no-trade list.” This no-trade clause comprises 12 specified teams, potentially excluding many interested franchises. Despite speculation about his future, Rangers head coach Mike Sullivan indicated that Trocheck’s trade status has not led to his benching.
