Payment Details and Timeline
You can expect to receive £25 for each relevant 7-day cold weather period between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026. Payments will be processed within 14 days following the end of each cold weather period. Note that hospitalization may impact your payment, so it is best to inform the appropriate service in advance.
