Elmo Interviews Tkachuk Brothers at 2026 Olympic Games
At the 2026 Olympic Games, Elmo had the chance to interview the Tkachuk brothers, Matthew and Brady. The brothers shared their experiences as teammates and roommates throughout the tournament.
Experience as Linemates and Roommates
Matthew Tkachuk expressed excitement about representing Team USA. “It’s been an absolute blast to be able to do it representing the red, white and blue,” he said. Conversely, Brady highlighted the fun of being roommates. “Brings us back to when we were kids. There have been a lot of laughs,” he noted.
Challenges of Rooming Together
However, living together hasn’t been completely smooth. Matthew humorously mentioned that Brady’s snoring is a challenge. Elmo enjoyed this tidbit, comparing them to the iconic characters Bert and Ernie.

Elmo concluded the interview with a segment called “The Brother Test.” This game involved a series of rapid-fire questions to determine their individual quirks. The first question asked was about the identity of the “cookie monster,” where both brothers pointed at each other.
