Joe Lombardi Secures New NFL Position Post-Broncos Departure

Joe Lombardi is back in the NFL after his recent departure from the Denver Broncos. He has secured a position as a senior offensive assistant with the Baltimore Ravens.

New Role with the Ravens

Lombardi will be under the guidance of Baltimore’s new head coach, Jesse Minter. This position allows Lombardi to continue his offensive coaching career in a new environment.

Familiar Faces in Baltimore

Lombardi will work alongside Declan Doyle, the Ravens’ offensive coordinator. The two have previously collaborated during their time with the New Orleans Saints from 2019 to 2020 and again at the Broncos in 2023-2024. Both coaches share a background under head coach Sean Payton in New Orleans.

Recent Changes at the Broncos

After Lombardi’s firing from the Broncos, the team promoted Davis Webb, the offensive pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach, to offensive coordinator. Logan Kilgore was elevated from offensive quality control coach to quarterbacks coach.
