Samsung Care+ Now Provides Unlimited Repairs for Galaxy Phones

Samsung has announced significant enhancements to its premium service plan, Samsung Care+, for Galaxy smartphone users in Europe. This upgraded plan offers enhanced coverage, ensuring users are better protected against accidental damage and technical issues. With the new features, Samsung Care+ now provides unlimited repairs for Galaxy phones, solidifying its commitment to customer satisfaction and device longevity.

Unlimited Repairs and Coverage Improvements

The most notable change is the introduction of unlimited accidental damage coverage. Subscribers can receive repairs at Samsung-certified service locations for issues caused by drops, spills, or other mishaps. The updated plan has simplified the fee structure, applying a consistent excess fee regardless of damage type or severity.

International Service and Extended Warranty

Samsung Care+ has expanded its coverage to include international service. Users can now have their devices repaired while traveling, eliminating the previous 60-day trip limit. Moreover, devices remain under warranty even after the standard warranty period expires, as long as they are covered by Samsung Care+.

Flexible Payment Options

To accommodate diverse customer preferences, Samsung has introduced flexible payment options for Samsung Care+. Users can choose a monthly payment plan lasting up to 60 months or opt for a one-time payment covering a policy of up to two years. Additionally, there is an optional theft and loss coverage add-on, ensuring users have safety nets in place for lost or stolen devices.

Customer Support and Repair Accessibility

Samsung Care+ emphasizes accessibility with more walk-in repair locations across Europe. Customers can quickly visit authorized service centers where repairs use genuine Samsung parts. If users prefer, there is a mail-in repair option with seamless device collection and return services.

As Samsung’s executive, Sangwook Chun, highlighted, the updated Samsung Care+ aligns with evolving customer expectations. “By simplifying protection, enhancing coverage, and ensuring access to high-quality support, we aim to provide a tailored safety net for our users across Europe,” he stated.

It is important to note that Samsung Care+ is currently unavailable in certain European countries, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine, among others.
