The BLACKPINK member explained her meticulous preparation, as she studied the fashion of elderly women in Korea. She noted:
- Purchased a black curly wig to disguise her appearance.
- Took careful notes on the types of skirts, shoes, and bags worn by older women.
- Regularly dressed in “grandma clothes” to avoid recognition while traveling to her ex-boyfriend’s house.
Rosé admitted that her dedication to this disguise resulted in an entire section of her closet dedicated to “granny clothes,” consisting of light blue, flowery skirts and other garments intended to mask her identity.
