Driver’s Account

The driver of the SUV, NMH, reported that he was transporting his child to school when the aggressive maneuvers occurred. He attempted to signal for a lane change to turn onto Le Quang Dao Street, only to be squeezed by the tractor-trailer twice, which forced him to slow down to avoid a collision.
